This Privacy Policy is intended to inform users (security guards and security personnel) of the Alfred Eyes application about how their personal data is collected, used, and protected as part of their surveillance mission.
The Alfred Eyes application is operated by MAGEN GO, whose registered office is located at 41 RUE JEAN BONAL, 92250 LA GARENNE-COLOMBES, France. Website: https://alfred-eyes.ai/
We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the alert service: • Login credentials: Email address and password (managed via Firebase Authentication). • Technical device data: Phone model (e.g., iPhone 14, Samsung S23). This data is used exclusively to allow the administrator (via the backoffice) to verify the compatibility and operational status of the device fleet. • Notification tokens (Push Tokens): Generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to allow the reception of suspicious gesture alerts in real-time.
Data is processed for the following purposes: • Secure authentication of security agents. • Transmission of suspicious gesture detection alerts from the Alfred Eyes backend. • Technical support and maintenance (identification of devices encountering reception difficulties).
To provide the service, we use Google Firebase services (Google Cloud infrastructure): • Firebase Authentication: For account management. • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): For sending push notifications. These services process data according to their own security protocols, in compliance with GDPR.
In accordance with European requirements, all our servers and databases, as well as the infrastructures of our subcontractors (Firebase), are configured to store and process data within the European Union.
Account data is retained as long as the user is active in the client's security system. If the account is deleted by the administrator, the associated data is deleted or anonymized as soon as possible.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction, particularly crucial given the nature of the security alerts transmitted.
In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights: • Right of access and rectification of your data. • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten). • Right to limitation of processing. To exercise these rights, you can contact your system administrator or write to us by clicking the button below:
